The \u201cRevitalization of the Pyramid of Tirana\u201d is a joint project between the Municipality of Tirana and AADF, which represents an ambitious effort to transform one of the most important monuments dedicated to communism in Europe into a multi-functional educational center of technology for young people.<\/span><\/p>\n

The main part of the building will be occupied by TUMO Tirana while the rest of the premises will be offered for rent to subjects from sectors such as start-ups\/incubators\/accelerators and businesses from the digital technology industry, creative industry, arts, education and media. <\/span><\/p>\n

\nWe are looking for a person capable of ensuring high level performance of the facility.
\nCoordinating these processes at the Pyramid Center in Tirana is a crucial role that includes overseeing the maintenance and efficient operation of this iconic structure.<\/span><\/p>\n

Requirements:
\n-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related field of study;
\n-3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large facility or multi-functional center;
\n-Technical expertise in Hvac, electrical and plumbing systems.
\n– Ability in control and maintenance BMS System and relevant software
\n– Analytical skills and evaluation of complex situations, finding efficient solutions.
\n– Coordinating with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs will be part of your responsibilities. This may include hiring professionals for tasks that require specific expertise

Competition for the design of the Pyramid Center logo<\/span><\/h3>\n

With the completion of the reconstruction of the building and in the framework of promoting the new image and identity of the institution, the Center announces a competition for the creation of a new logo.<\/span><\/p>\n

We invite all interested parties to participate in the competition and submit their proposals and works. The budget limit for this competition is USD 5,000.<\/span><\/p>\n
